The Caffe Americano or otherwise referred to as a ‘back coffee’ is a coffee prepared by mixing espresso with hot water. It is prepared without milk and is very strong in flavour. It is one of the lowest calories items on the menu and can be ordered in four different sizes. You can choose a short, tall, grande or venti.

Why Are Americanos called Americanos?
During World War 2, Americans found the taste of traditional Italian Espresso to be too strong for their liking, so to adapt this, they decided to add water, similar to the drip coffee that they had back in America. Thus, the Americano was born!
Typically Americano’s are drank black, but many people do have milk in them as well.
